1. What data we collect and what data we don’t
Personally Identifiable Information
BTN does not collect any personally identifiable information or personal data (such as names, email addresses, postal information, photographs etc) via the Developer Services. When you use the contact form on our website () you may provide us personally identifiable information such as your email address and name.
BTN may collect data on how you use the Developer Services and how they perform. This data may include which specific Developer Services were accessed, how they were used, the amount of time spent using them and whether and what kind of User Generated Content was created.
User Generated Content
BTN does not directly collect the User Generated Content (such as screenshots, screen video recordings) that you may create by using the Developer Services. We may, however, collect data on how much User Generated Content is created and the nature of such content.
We may collect and use information about your coarse location (such as your country) to monitor how the Developer Services are performing in different regions and help tailor the developer services for your region. We do not collect the precise location of you or your device.
Information from other sources
We may also receive information from third parties or other sources. For example, if you communicate with BTN via email we may receive your name and email address.
2. How we use the data we collect
To understand how you use Developer Services
BTN uses data such as which Developer Services, the frequency and duration of such access, and how the Developer Services were used, to better understand how Users are interacting with the Developer Services.
To improve the Developer Services
BTN may employ usage data to test out alternative forms and functions for the Developer Services in order to improve them. For example, we may test different Software interfaces, collect data regarding their usage, and then use that data to understand which of them is preferred by our Users.
To benchmark performance
The data related to Developer Service access and usage may be used to profile, benchmark or describe the performance of the Developer Services and BTN in general. Such benchmarking may be used for (but is not limited to) internal performance reports, for characterising BTN’s activities for shareholders and investors and to focus BTN’s resources.
3. When we share or transfer data
BTN does not rent or sell the information we collect from Users to third parties. In some cases, we may, however, need to transfer the data we collect to third parties. These cases, include but are not limited to, the following:

BTN may disclose information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; to protect BTN from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the Developer Services; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of BTN, our Users, or others.
